Tribal Audit is available as an e-book in PDF (Portable Document Format). The e-book has been professionally designed to provide flow and consistency as you work your way to successfully evaluating your team.

The e-book is delivered directly to you or the email address of your choice via the internet. Once your payment has been cleared (depending on how you make your payment) you will either be taken to a download page where you will be able to very simply download the e-book or alternatively we will email the e-book to you.

3. Feedback Call

The final step in the Tribal Audit Program is a 30 minute feedback call with the Success Architect Bill Nelson. This call, at a mutually convenient time, will be orientated around Bill’s specific evaluation and analysis of your team through the information you provide by working through Tribal Audit.

This feedback will provide you with a clear path as to what changes will need to be made and how to make the team prioritise these changes. Bill will help you deal with the team while all of this is taking place. He will take the time to explain what you should expect as you make the changes necessary to take your team to a level of performance and productivity above and beyond their current situation. At the completion of the call Bill will email you a written overview of your session as well as a recording of the call.

4. TPC Teamwork Resource Library

How do explain in a few short words what is learned from 30 years hands on teamwork experience? The Total Performance Concepts Teamwork Resource Library is just that. It is the key aspects of teamwork experience presented through articles, whitepapers and audio files.
