Just a few thoughts:

1. Define success in your own way
2. Know that it won’t be achieved overnight
3. Outcome orientated, process focussed
4. There are many learnings that will need to take place before true success* can happen (*success generated by you, not by luck or circumstance)
5. Make sure your success comes about because of your system, plan, process etc if it comes in-spite of your system etc it can just as quickly disappear
6. Don’t sell yourself or the opportunity short, aim high, demand a lot, but give even more
7. Understand what you are pursuing, how you need to go about it and most importantly WHY you are pursuing this outcome
8. Whenever you are on a long and arduous journey you will need to refuel, understand what that refuelling station looks like, where it is and how often you will need it
9. Consistent effort magnifies opportunity and confidence
10. Take someone else with you on the journey. It provides support for you, help, opportunity and learning for them. And gives you someone to celebrate with!
