So, with the end of 2024 in mind and looking forward to 2025, let me ask you this:

“Will the goals that you will outline, develop, and pursue in 2025 be a reflection of the life you have, or will they be an insight into the life you truly want?

This is a fundamental question but one that demands significant consideration.

From my perspective, I hope that you will create goals, targets, aspirations, outcomes, and New Year’s resolutions that will encourage and support the element of change.

Change for the better within and for you.

A new you, if you will.

It’s not my place (or anyone else’s) to start telling you what “better” should be. However, I am often asked, “Where do you start at being better?”

The actual place to start in your quest to become better is to realise that you can be better. So, in my endeavour to help you realise that you can be better, let me pose this to you:

“Don’t judge your success by your results; judge your success by your potential.”

I say this because it is pretty easy to achieve strong results and, therefore, see yourself as being successful. And you know what you would be correct in your assumption. However, when you stack up your results against your potential, you will soon realise that as good as these results or accomplishments are, better is available.

Now there is nothing magical about the realisation that better is available; in fact, it is evident to most. As I said earlier, the real test is not in realising that better is available but in believing that you can be better and then taking the necessary steps to realise that belief.

So we go back to the original, well-asked question:  Where do I start at being better?

By believing you can and in doing so, you will go a long way in ensuring that in all the right ways and for all the right reasons in 2025 and beyond for you…

The Journey Continues!
